Took several days but finally got the tree and holiday decoration down, repacked and stored. We have a crazy piece of snow hanging over my shop door....only on the door side of the building. Was a little spooky walking under it to get the Christmas decor back to storage.
Snow sheet started to slide down the metal roof. Then we had 3 days of single digit temps and it stopped sliding. It's now back up in the low 30s F and I'm waiting to see if the slide will continue before figuring out how to knock it down without burying myself under the deluge. More snow is expected for the next 5 days or so....and it could get rather heavy on the roof edge.
Will be glad to see more snow as wind has blown it off the tree limbs...not so pretty.
