I HAVE A FOLLOWER!!!! ....am so surprised my fingers are stuttering

Didn't really plan to actually write here....just thought I needed a blog site to use my ID photo on comments to other's blogs. But really think I should say SOMETHING since I now have a follower

One of the best times of my life was when I "foster momed" a young golden retreiver named Snickers for Alaska Assistance Dogs. He has gone on to be placed with a disabled young man who lives down on the Kenai Peninsula. Tho I still miss Snic everyday, it was like watching one of your kids graduate from school and go out into the world to do their thing. I know Snic is loved and appreciated and being very useful....and he's close enough to visit occasionally.

Tho Snic got a late start in his training, and our AAD leader thought he probably wouldn't make the grade, I knew he would be phenomenal and it became one of my proudest accomplishments to assist him. Snic goes with his new master everywhere..even stayed with him in the hospital during his last surgery. At 8th grade graduation when all the students wrote about their fellow students, they all wrote about Snic as well since he was always part of the class. His 8th grade graduation picture is here. Just received their HS Prom pictures so expect to be getting cap & gown pictures soon.
